Bleach seven minutes in heaven: Uryu

“And the first contestant will be ________!” Tatsuki yelled. ‘Shit.’ You made your way up and reached in the bag. Please be him… You moved your hand around and felt something shard poke your hand. You grab whatever it was and pull out what seemed to be an archer figurine. You hold it up, eyes automatically darting to the adorable, black haired quincy in the back of the room. “Hey, Uryu, stop being a little ass and get the hell up here!” You heard him sigh and walk up to you. You handed him the archer, only to be ignored as he walks into the closet. “Hey dickweed! Haven’t you ever heard of ladies first?” You handed her the archer.

“I’m sure he didn’t really want to play.” You walked into the closet, sitting on the opposite side from him. You heard Tatsuki mumble something then close and lock the door. After a few minutes of uncomfortable silence, you finally spoke up. “You didn’t really want to be in here, huh?”

“I never wanted to come to this party, but they dragged me here.”

“Oh… Sorry.” You figured since he didn’t want to play the game, you would at least get a hug from him. You slowly scotched over hoping he wouldn’t notice.

“What are you doing?”

“Uh… trying to get a hug?”

“God you people are pains in the ass.” You looked at your feet for a moment. “Get over here.” You looked up at him and saw what seemed to be one arm outstretched towards you. You smiled and crawled over to him, hugging his waist. Instead of hugging you with just one arm, he actually full on hugged you. “You’re the biggest pain in my ass, but I still love you ________.” He seemed to mumble the last part, but you still heard him.

“I love you too Uryu.”

“Good.” He kissed your forehead. “How about we leave and I’ll teach you some archery?”

“You can try. I’ve never been good at sports.” He chuckled. You’ve never heard him chuckle before, and you decided it was the second best sound in the world. This first being him saying sweet things to you. Tatsuki opened the door and gasped at the scene in front of her.

“Oh. My. God! They’re cuddling! Guys! Uryu is showing actual affection!” You heard more gasps followed by awes. You couldn’t help but giggle and looked at Uryu. He was blushing madly and stood up, holding your hand.

“Come on. Let’s go.” He walked out of the house with you in tow.

“Hey Uryu?”

“Hm?” You giggled.

“I love you.” He smiled and shook his head.

“You’re like a little kid.” You pouted slightly not hearing what you wanted to hear. Suddenly he hugged you and held you in a tight embrace. “I love you too ________.” This had to be the best night of your life.
